Up towards Curbar and a Merry Christmas

19th December 2011
It was an early morning start up towards Curbar, forecasts predicted by 9.00am the weather would be sunny with partial cloud, however from 6.00am until 9.00am the forecast also indicated snow, and cloud cover.

With that in mind, I headed over to Diane's home who kindly drove in her 4x4 vehicle, which was far more suited to the weather condition than my car.

Got to Curbar, and met up with Chris again, the signs werent good to be honest, very grey, and no light at all, but nevertheless amongst photographic friends we had a good banter, as we surveyed the place for opportunities.

It was a matter of being patient, a good few hours after sunrise, the front passed over and we were rewarded with a 20 minute window of glorious light.

Anyways this will be more than likely my last trip out towards the Peak District, so I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a good New Year!
